Pixel Sagas の配布ページは、1960年代〜1970年代初めのコンピューターとテクノロジーの広告の「レトロフューチャー」をもとにしたフォントとしている¹。フォントの著作権表示は「2011-2014」で、2011年には作り始めていたとみられる³。Luc Devroye の書体データベースは、2013年の書体としている⁵。

英大文字・小文字・数字・記号と、アクセント付きの文字を収める³。

Twobit

デザイナー

Neale Davidson 氏（1971年生まれ）は、個人のファウンドリ Pixel Sagas（以前の名前は Protoform Project、Fontshack）で、SF の雰囲気のフォントを多く公開していた⁵。2017年1月、Pixel Sagas のサイトは氏が亡くなったことを伝えた。サイトと著作権は、氏の妻が受け継いだ⁶。

Data 70 をもとにした書体で、Q・V・Z などにアレンジを加えている。
